è vuoto The circa 1991 Sovtek "Civil War" Big Muff (dubbed that because of its blue and gray chassis) used the same circuit as the Tall Font Green Russian" Big Muff and our EHX Green Russian Big Muff! The new Sovtek Deluxe Big Muff si espande su quel grande, wooly sound with the addidition of the Deluxe Big Muff's advanced controls while paying homage to the Civil War Big Muff aesthetic.
It's all here in one integrated pedal. The Sovtek firma sound. The devastating low end, crisp highs and non-scooped mids, plus the advanced control of the Deluxe Big Muff in a single, pedal completamente integrato.
We've kept the familiar Sustain, Tone and Volume knobs, and we've added a ton of extra from the Deluxe Big Muff for those who crave its deep sound shaping abilities.
Here's what the Sovtek Deluxe Big Muff Pi fornisce:
1. MIDS EQ – Parametric MIDS EQ section with a selectable center frequency ranging from 310Hz to 5.0kHz, a livello control with up to 10dB of boost or cut and a high/low Q switch that sets the resonance/bandwidth of the EQ
2. Calcio per MIDS EQ – Dedicated on/off footswitch con stato LED per il circuito MIDS EQ
3. GATE – Noise gate to remove unwanted hiss and hum
4. BLEND – Mix control for the dry and distorted signals. Abilita i giocatori bassi per ritornare il loro segnale a basso termine; anche utile quando si posiziona in altri pedali di distorsione
5. WICKER– With the switch up, high frequency bandwidth is opened up for a more pronounced attack. Switch down yields the traditional Green Russian Sound.
6. ESPRESSIONE PEDAL INPUT – Sweeps the frequency of the MIDS EQ to create wah wah and cocked wah effects
7. TRUE BYPASS – Maintains signal path integrity in bypass mode

Excellent pedal. I chose this model to give me the most varaiations in tone and it doesn't dissappoint. To my limited knowledge the only thing it doesn't do is the very spitty, (sounds like the batteries are running out) kind of sound. For that I've bought a separate cheap fuzz to explore. (Cuvave Fuzz).The noise gate is very useful for heavier sounds and the blend is useful when you want a heavy sound but you want things to stay musical by mixing in the dry sound. The expression pedal input allows you to sweep the mids a bit like a wah, which is fun or you can set the controls and forget.Overrall, I'm very happy with this. The main trade off is the size of the thing.

I've got original v1, v2, two v5s, various clones of Big Muff pedals, and I made a v2 to Gimour Specs. This Sovtek Big Muff is absolutely fab and I can get any sound of any Big Muff I want. The pedal is crisp and clear, don't need a treble booster to hear the top E string, the mid control is voiced just right. Whoever designed this is a genius. When I was a kid I never understood why people liked the Big Muff, to me it was too muffley. I'm thinking of selling my Big Muff collection and sticking with this. It is a joy to play. Much better than the NYC Deluxe Big Muff that I just sent back. I am in love with this pedal. Almost every setting is usable. Worth every penny.
