This is a big improvement on the one I have like this which is approximately 3 years old. The fabric is cool and very soft, the button/tufting in the middle gives it enough flexibility to be able to comfortably sleep with an arm under it. My old one was so stiff, that it would cut off nerves or circulation within an hour or two, but this one nicely supports my neck while it's under there too.I'm really happy with how much softer memory foam has become. The stiffness of my old one used to cause pain in the cartilage of my ears. If I'm having a pain flare, apparently I really press my head in, but I haven't had any of those issues with this (and I've had quite the flare this week!).

Upon unpacking the pillow it looks rather saggy and deflated so needs 24 hours to spring into shape. The instruction booklet states that there are layers inside which can be removed for height adjustment; this is not the case. The pillow is one whole piece of foam with a thin covering and then a removable pillow case over that (zipped). I tried it on both sides – one side was too high, the other seemed okay and I lasted longer with that but it gave me neck ache after about an hour. I also had some kind of allergic reaction to it – my eyes were streaming and my nose became blocked within that hour; after I switched back to my old pillow that reaction quickly went away.

Depending what you want, this is excellent. It's really supportive, has lots of positional options and while unconventional, i adapted to it very quickly. I don't want to dive too deeply due to the risk of not getting this review posted, but it helped a lot for some neck soreness i'd been having.Quality wise it seems excellent, time will tell how it holds up but so far so good and the cover is pleasant to use.Recommended.

Amazing neck support from this extremely comfortable memory foam pillow. Has a removable. Cover as well, making it easy to wash. Love it
