I have been needing a way to add a second line in 3.5mm input on my PC. This item was cheap and does the work perfectly. I couldn't have asked for a better product. Would recommend.

Device doesn't work on Linux whatsoever. I emailed support and they replied with a generic uninformed message. I then provided details and they ignored me - because the product just wont work on Linux.

It does as it was intended to do for most of my audio devices.The only thing I didn’t understand was why the mic in port has to be a TRRS. Unfortunately, for my particular case, if I used an adapter to turn TRRS to TRS audio out and TRS mic in plugs, the mic in plug wouldn’t work with this device.All other sound setups with this device have worked well for me with no errors or compromise to sound quality.

This adapter helped solve a major problem for me when a newly purchased Windows 11 pc would not recognize the software that allowed me to have the front microphone jack work as a line-in and I had to find a workaround. Worked beautifully! I'm now able to record the way I want to.
