This roll of black Cricut vinyl is a solid go-to for DIY projects where you want bold, clean lines and something that actually stays where you put it. It's great for customizing and decorating, and the results are crisp and professional-looking without needing to wrestle with bubbles or curling edges. It's very user-friendly, which I appreciate because no one wants to fight with their materials mid-project.The roll comes with six feet of vinyl, which is a generous amount. Unless you're diving into a large-scale project or cranking out designs nonstop, this will last a good while. The adhesive is strong and reliable, and once it’s down, it stays put. Just make sure it is compatible and plays nicely with your specific Cricut machine.Overall, it’s a solid option that’s easy to use, delivers clean results, and doesn’t come with any unnecessary drama. If you're looking to add some flair to your crafts without dealing with peeling corners or thin patchy material, this is a good one to keep in your stash.

This is such a tiny little Cricut roll. I didn't notice the measurements before I ordered this. It's not a 12 inch wide roll, so you will not be able to use up your full pad, if you have a 12 inch wide Cricut. This is a 9.5 inch wide roll. it says it clearly on the listing, I just somehow missed that. I can still use this, but not for what I was wanting to use it for. The quality of the material seems great and should prepare up nicely for other projects down the line. It has a nice stickiness and is easy to use. I do recommend this for smaller projects.

If you want to stock up on vinyl, these come in nice sturdy boxes that are easy to stack and store. Always remember though, that vinyl does expire and will become harder to weed. To that point as well, this vinyl is wrapped up tight in the box and since it's meant to be used without a mat, it can be very hard to work with if you don't give it time to flatten out a bit. Your machine will have trouble grabbing it and cutting cleanly! I would unroll it and roll it the reverse way and lay it under some heavy flat items for at least a day. If you're using a mat, then you won't have to worry as much, just make sure it's very tacky and that you use a brayer tool to ensure it's fully down.Overall the vinyl itself is good quality and weeds nicely and adheres well.

This was my first time using smart vinyl with my Cricut. If you don't know, smart vinyl doesn't require a cutting mat. My mats are getting old and less sticky, so the smart vinyl is one way I can avoid mat difficulties. To use smart vinyl, you do need to have a Cricut machine that can use it. I have a Maker 3. Most of the process was the same as with regular vinyl -- I created the design in Cricut Design Space, chose the material, and had the Cricut do the rest. Weeding was pretty easy, although my design was so intricate in places I had to give up some of the detail. I wanted to make a fun upcycled outdoor lantern out of an old bottle, so I transferred the vinyl to the bottle. I used an off-brand transfer tape to do this but I still didn't have any problems with the transfer, and it stuck very well to my uneven bottle surface with sufficient burnishing. Because I've only used a mat in the past, being able to skip this step felt a little magical. The vinyl is high quality -- highly recommend!
