I am giving these spreader boots a try on my 18' Catalina Capri. They are slightly large for the size spreaders I have, but have multiple layers of stitching on the velcro so it looks like a person could cut some of the extra off to trim it up neat. I have opted to leave my extra tail amount on and put a quick stitch through it so it wasn't flapping about. Sorry I don't have a picture to show, as the mast is up now. I like the look and heavy duty feel of the leather. So far, so good!

Look far better in my opinion then other options and a really simple install. The old style white plastic/rubber had disintegrating after a couple years and seem like better option.

Easy to install on spreaders with the mast down. Easier than plastic boots. They look good, too.

This product works well for my particular spreader configuration. Perhaps not quite as durable as plastic spreader tip boots but very easy to install and remove.

This is a more elegant solution than the usual rubber spreader boots. Small size fit 1.5" diameter round spreader tips one our 33' boat. (Large Taylor boots were too small). Supplier promptly responded to size query. Been in use a month with no problems.
