Nice looking and quality product

Was very happy with the purchase initially - good-looking clock, well constructed, reasonable price. Kept good time for 3 months, then started losing time horribly - 15-20 min a week. Changed batteries twice but it didn't work. Just kept getting slower till it ran 2 hours slow after a couple of months. Finally threw it away and bought another mantel clock.

I am very pleased with this Bulova brass desk clock - it is both simple and elegant, and is the perfect size for my antique desk. It was a snap to set up, requiring only 1 AA battery. As soon as that was installed, the clock began running immediately, and all I had to do was to set the time. I have several small decorative items on that desk, as well as photographs, and this clock was the perfect complement to what was already displayed. I particularly liked the two small "columns" on either side, and the Roman numerals. The second hand is a constant sweep. All in all, a lovely clock and I'm really happy I found it.

Très belle et heure bien lisible de loin.Les premières roues d'engrenages tourne très vite, par conséquent j'ai des doutes sur l'usure prématurée.J'aurais préférer un engrenage plus lent sans aiguille des secondes afin d'augmenter la durée de fonctionnement dans le temps. Je suis quand même très satisfait de cette horloge.
