This is about the eighth book in this series that I have bought, so obviously I think they're good.A good range of songs, as always together with a few horrors that I'm sure no one plays. As usual there are a few unfortunate spreads over 2,3 or even more pages and when will they realise that ring binding would ensure these books would lie flat on a music stand!

Same problem as in the others in this series that i have tried They all have obscure and too complex chord choices which aren't needed to make most of the songs sound fine as I have other books which make it far easier to play most of the songs so wouldn't really re3commend these unless you like to make things difficult for yourself!

Lots of lovely tunes from the period. Easy to follow with the chord shapes shown for each song. Ideal for those of us with no music reading skills. Not all chords are the easiest for beginners but there are phone apps and online options to find easier ways to form those chord shapes. love this book. Got the 60's versionfor xmas. that is good too.

This series of books is excellent for guitarists who know the songs reasonably well and want to know the lyrics and chords. Only Lyrics, chords used and the chord boxes are provided, there is no score. Sometimes the choice of chord boxes is debatable as sometimes open chords are shown when a barre chord would be better but that is just nit-picking.Loads of well known songs are included, so there is something for everyone! Recommended.
