My 15' Boston Whaler Striper has had this Berkeley rod holder on since new in 1978 and it just died on our last trip to the Southern Sierras...pretty impressive! Granted the boat has been covered when not in use, but I would say that is a very solid return on my investment. Not as tough as stainless steel, but not as expensive either.

Ordered 2 to install on the pontoon boat for the family - 3 generations fishing at once it can get crowded and equipment broken. These racks were perfect - held the poles and were so easy to use that even the younger generation used them! We are going to get a couple more for those 2 pole acid fishers!

Moin Moin,habe mir die Rutenhalter für die Montage an Mietbooten gekauft. Mit einer Ratsche und einem Handtuch wird der Halter an der Bank eines Bootes befestigt. Somit haben Problemlos 2 Ruten Platz, bei teuren Ruten und Rollen sollte man auch nur 2 Ruten da rein hängen. Dann hat man mittig genug Luft, damit die Ruten und Rollen nicht aneinander knallen. Der Halter ist sehr stabil, demnach auch etwas klobig.Preis/Leistung = Gut
