As our UPS systems age we are starting to have to replace these as the system alerts us. I saw keep a spare because sometimes at end of life the battery fails in strange ways.One bloated out and was hard to remove, another failed and the room smelled like burned plastic and the UPS system welt offline (power stayed on but no batteries showed as present) - once we swapped out tue dead stinky battery everything went back to normal. Never know when something bad might happen so we keep spares around after the big supply chain issue last year made it impossible to get these.

I ordered this battery for APC swap when I open the box to swap out the battery the plastic case around the batteries was busted completely unusable.
