The design of this bridge leaves very little room for error and unfortunately the amount of error in the machining of the adjustment blocks made it impossible to properly set the intonation. You can see how far off from center some of the blocks were drilled and tapped and that made it so that as you made adjustments to the intonation it would eventually bind up since it didn’t line up with the adjustment screws. I was sent a replacement and it arrived completely scratched up and that was enough for me to return them both and request a refund and look elsewhere.

It's a nice bridge does what it is supposed to. It is incredibly hard to tune. I had to use the smallest allen wrench longways to fit in the tuners to turn them. To do a string change or to change the tuning it is a big process. Almost not worth it but there are much worse headless bridges out there and it works so 🤷

Nach 2 Saitenwechsel 3 der Gewinde sind abgertissen, also nicht mnehr stimmbar. Normale Stimmung nicht Drop oder ähnliches.

This is a nicely machined bridge, with brass, and also cast aluminum components. The black plating on mine looked really good as well. The string spacing is actually 53mm, not 35mm as shown in their diagram. They included all the hex wrenches needed for the bridge except the one for adjusting intonation. In actual practice, you can't tune your strings to pitch turning the knobs with your fingers. Once you're about halfway to standard tuning, the torque required to turn the knobs is more than your fingers can manage, especially as closely spaced as the tuning knobs are to each other. It does have notches on the end of each tuning knob, but no wrench or blade type wrench is provided. I had to fabricate a tool to be able to tune properly.

Die Lieferung kam trotz Weihnachtszeit schneller als erwartet.Der Inhalt war vollständig inkl. aller benötigter Werkzeuge.Alles fühlt sich wertig an, Material und Verarbeitung sind makellos.Eine Anleitung für Installation und Funktion war nicht dabei, aber wenn man alles genau anschaut, kommt man zurecht. Dass man vor dem Kauf und der Installation seine Gitarre genauestens vermessen muss (inkl. des benötigten Saitenabstands von der Decke!), versteht sich wohl von selbst.Ich habe die Sattelplatte hinter einem vorhandenen Earvana-Steg montiert und dafür die Metall-Satteleinlage weggelassen, das funktioniert ausgezeichnet. Genial ist die Doppelte Klemmeinrichtung an der Sattelplatte, da rutscht keine Saite durch und man zerdrückt die dünnen Saiten auch nicht so leicht.Die Intonationsabstände habe ich vor der Montage schon grob voreingestellt.Für die Montage der Bridge-Platte habe ich etwas größere Schrauben genommen als die mitgelieferten (3 x 25), das erschien mir sicherer. Die Höheneinstellung der Saitenreiter ist mit dem Mininini-Inbus zwar etwas fummelig aber präzise und aufgrund der Klemmschrauben auch stabil genug.So weit, so gut. Aber jetzt kommts:Schon nach wenigen Tagen Benutzung hielt der Tuner für die b-Saite nicht und das Gewinde rutschte einfach aus dem Gegengewinde der Schraubhülse!! (und das war eine 010er-Saite!). Das ist dann natürlich für die anderen Saiten auch zu erwarten...Fazit: Trotz optischer Wertanmutung leider völlig unbrauchbar, weil die Gewinde viel zu fein (und evtl. auch mit zu viel Toleranz) in zu weichem Material (Messing) geschnitten sind, und die noch funktionierenden Gewinde sind einfach zu schwergängig, obwohl ich eher dünnere Saiten benutze.
