Ich habe den Aufsatz nun einige Male im Einsatz gehabt und bin zufrieden. Anders als bei anderen Modellen gibt es hier nur eine Trommel, in die verschiedene Schneideeinsätze eingesetzt werden. Das war anfangs ungewohnt, aber mittlerweile finde ich das richtig gut, weil es Platz spart und der Wechsel echt einfach ist. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig und die Reinigung geht schnell. Besonders gut: Es bleiben keine oder keine nennenswerte Reste in der Trommel hängen. Das hatte ich bei anderen Geräten schon anders erlebt. Einziger kleiner Wunsch: Ich hhätte gerne noch einen Aufsatz gehabt für noch dünnere Scheiben (mein Sohn mag seinen Gurkensalat gerne mit ganz feinen Scheiben). Trotzdem ein rundum gelungener Küchenhelfer.

Sto usando questo accessorio affettatore/trituratore per l’attività di famiglia, dove cuciniamo spesso in grandi quantità, e l’ho messo subito alla prova. Devo dire che si è rivelato davvero utile: si monta facilmente sul mixer KitchenAid e in pochi minuti si riescono a grattugiare formaggi, affettare verdure o tritare frutta secca senza fatica.Le 5 lame in dotazione sono perfette per coprire diverse esigenze e si cambiano con facilità. La qualità dei materiali è buona, soprattutto le lame in acciaio che sembrano solide e ben fatte. Anche la pulizia non è complicata: basta sciacquare tutto subito dopo l’uso e si fa in un attimo.L’unico aspetto che non mi ha convinto del tutto è il sistema di inserimento delle lame: non c’è un vero e proprio “clic” o blocco, quindi a volte sembra che la lama non sia fissata in modo sicuro. Mi è capitato, tagliando una carota un po’ inclinata, che la lama si muovesse leggermente. Nulla di grave, ma per un uso intenso sarebbe meglio avere un aggancio più stabile.Nel complesso però è un accessorio davvero comodo e pratico, che fa risparmiare molto tempo in cucina. Se migliorassero il sistema di fissaggio interno, sarebbe davvero perfetto. Consigliato a chi vuole sfruttare al massimo il proprio KitchenAid!

Qualità abbastanza buona. Usato per creare le patatine rustiche la forma è uscita perfettamente. Ho potuto anche grattugiare un kg di parmigiano (ma grossolanamente e con due passate). Perfette per fare taglia alla julienne o fare fettine molto sottili. Consigliato se avete il kitchenaid sempre a portata di mano, nel caso mio ne lo tiro fuori ogni volta è un po’ più scomodo quindi lo uso solo quando devo fare grandi quantità

Got it for my mixer to help with shreddingThis shredder attachment is a great fit for the KitchenAid "Classic" Stand Mixer and super easy to attach. The blades are really sharp and snap in and out for quick cleaning, though it's best to hand wash them to keep them sharp.The rotating part was a bit stiff at first, but it worked great after grating a big block of cheese. It's awesome for grating cheese and slicing veggies like carrots and potatoes, giving you nice, even pieces for cooking. The bigger intake chute and output are handy, but the blades aren't dishwasher safe. The smart design saves space and comes with a bunch of different blades. Overall, it's a really satisfying and efficient tool.

Je suis vraiment très contente d'avoir pu tester ce produit, son prix est défiant toute concurrence, et il est parfaitement compatible avec le Kitchenaid, oui l'ouverture est haute, mais à basse vitesse, ce qui est recommandé, les tranches tombent dans le saladier qu'on met en dessous, j'ai fait ces concombres à vitesse 1 et 2, tout s'est bien passé.On peut ranger les lames dans la partie noire. Je range, pour ma part, le tout dans ma cocotte, j'ai toujours tout sous la main et ce en gardant une cuisine rangée.Encombrement mini, services maxi, à prix correct, que demander de plus ?Je valide !

I tried this attachment for KitchenAid a few times and I can say I am pretty satisfied with it.The build quality looks pretty good. The plastic looks a bit brittle, but it does a good job at holding on.The sharpness of the blades is, for not, good. Only time will say how well will it hold.Mounting the attachment to the mixer worked without any issue. Mounting/unmounting the cutting attachments is not the easiest. One has to push/pull quite hard, giving the impression that the plastic will break, but it works acceptably well. No plastic got broken
