The product is exactly what I wanted and good product. The problem was the delivery. I had the correct address and name on my order. I was wondering what happened with my order as no updates through email. I logged in and checked and was attempted to be delivered and held at post office. The post office did not have a record with my name or address. I provided them with the tracking number and they only had my first name not surname on order and the delivery address was complete wrong street but same suburb. If it wasn’t for me providing the tracking number I would not have been able to receive my product. Overall the product is good but the delivery and checking where it’s getting delivered needs to be double checked.
