Montavo questo specchietto sul mio KTM a 20 anni....oggi ne ho 42 e ho ricomprato la moto da Enduro.... Ed eccolo qua di nuovo sulla mia moto!!!

These are made with a ball and socket joint so that you can pivot them towards the center of the motorcycle when you are off roading. This prevents breakage if you drop the bike. When you hit the road again, you pivot them up again and meet the requirements of the law. I love these because of the safety factor. From experience I know that the other, standard-type mirrors can hurt you when falling. Those other mirrors have a half inch steel rod supporting them. These Acerbis mirrors are plastic and will fold away. They are flat mirrors and are sub optimal when riding on road due to vibration. They can be made functional by using a blind spot mirror such as the 3 & 3/4 inch diameter mirror linked here. These mirrors stick right on even thought they are larger that the Acerbis mirror. I advise not to use a 3" mirror because its too curved to be useful. Here is a link to it: Another tip is to fully tighten the top two screws when mounting the mirror first. Barely tighten the bottom one last.

Carino e facile da montare, peccato che non serva neppure per mettersi in regola (non è omologato), per il resto è inutile: non resta in posizione, vibra ed è troppo corto, in pratica non fa vedere proprio nulla di quello che c'è alle nostre spalle.

Der Spiegel hat keine Weitwinkeloptik und ist somit nahezu unbrauchbar. Auch die Befestigung wirkt nicht solide. Nicht zu empfehlen leider.
