This is a pack of fifty glassine / vellum envelopes, large card size - about 13.5 x 19.5 cm - ish.Vellum isn’t made from skin these days, thankfully, - it’s basically thick tracing paper.This is printable, if you have a printer that accepts small things. I’ve wasted one to test, and it also accepts alcohol inks and markers well.It does accept water based brush pens for brush calligraphy, but the colour doesn’t stay as saturated. Acrylic paint pens also stay put.I do a lot of art journalling and junk journalling and vellum is a great medium for art work of all kinds - these envelopes are going to be awesome for for painting on and making pockets for ephemera.

Schöne transparente Briefumschläge.Qualität ist gut und sie sehen einfach edler aus als herkömmliche Umschläge.Besonders für Hochzeitseinladungen oder Ähnliches empfehlenswert!

schöne transparente Briefumschläge. Sie eignen sich sehr gut, um Karten oder ähnliches zu verschenken oder wenn man eine persönliche Einladung überbringt. Das Papier fühlt sich gut an und hat eine gute Stärke, so dass man keine Angst braucht, dass es reißt.Verschicken würde ich es jetzt nicht, außer ich packe es nochmal in einen separaten Umschlag. Die Maße sind ca. 19,5 x 13,7 cm

I got these envelopes for invitations to a party we are hosting, and I cannot tell you how many compliments we got!Some of them we decorated with rhinestones, which adhered beautifully and looked amazing. The others we painted using watercolour paints and again, they truly came out special.The envelopes are made from material similar to tracing paper, so they are semi see-through. Please bear this in mind as it's quite easy to see what's inside.
