It's excellent for continuous monitoring and provides reliable performance.The battery life is impressive, lasting 3-5 days, depending on use. Charging is convenient—when I place it in its storage box, it begins charging automatically. I find it much easier to wear and manage than a smartwatch, as it's simple to put on and take off.The bright ring is made from corrosion-resistant materials, making it strong and suitable for various environments. Overall, it's a practical, stylish, and effective way to monitor my health. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy-to-use, reliable health tracker!

For the first couple of weeks, I was liking this smart ring as a way to track my steps. I personally find the ring easier to wear both during daily business as well as during sleep compared to bulkier wrist trackers.Unfortunately, there were three big downsides:1. This ring seems to be hard-coded to only track sleep within a specific, short period. If you, like me, do not happen to adhere to a schedule where you would sleep between 10pm-7:30 AM ET, there is no actual sleep tracking. I work nights and tend to fall asleep at 7AM ET, so this ring would only track a half hour of my sleep AT BEST because of the function being time locked. And while you could edit many things in the app, the sleep tracking window was not one you could customize.2. Typing on a computer caused the ring to log thousands of steps in a very short period of time. If you spend much of your day on a computer, you would need to constantly be taking the ring on and off for even a hope of accurate step tracking.3. About 3 weeks into using the ring, the company updated their app, and the connection to my ring broke. It could not recognize and link to the ring ever again, no matter what I tried. I tried "resetting" the ring via charging, turning my phone's bluetooth on and on, over and over again - nothing. There was a message advising me to try linking using the ring's QR code, but no such thing was included in my packaging. In other words, the app update made the ring completely useless.Overall, while this did make me interested in perhaps purchasing a better smart ring from another brand, this specific ring is simply not recommended.

Look accattivante e gamma di rilevazioni molto ampia (battito cardiaco, pressione sanguigna, ossigenazione, temperatura corporea, parametri del sonno, etc…).La precisione del contapassi lascia a desiderare ( conta quasi il doppio del mio orologio Garmin).La batteria assolutamente insufficiente: pur mantenendo frequenze di rilevazione molto rade (il massimo consentito dalle impostazioni), la batteria regge 24/36 ore (lontanissimo dai 5/7 giorni dichiarati). Se si aumenta la frequenza di rilevazione (es. battito cardiaco ogni 30’) non dura nemmeno un giorno.

Leider nicht so toll.1. Maße:Fällt zu gross aus.2. Messungen:Beim Blutdruck falsch. Ich habe sie mit meinem professionellen Messgerät verglichen - Fabelwerte.Puls passt. Temperatur ebenso.Leider keine dauerhafte Messungen.3. Gestensteuerung:Funktioniert, aber immer nur eine. Die musst du vorher umständlich in der App auswählen.Bei Musik kannst du nur pausieren.Bei Social Media und YouTube nur weiter swipen. Nicht zurück.Fotos auslösen/Videos starten und stoppen klappt dagegen super gut.Sportfunktion:Schritte stimmen nicht.Sportprogramme hab ich nicht getestet da der Ring nach 24 Std zurück ging.Ladebox:Wackelkontakt.Leider echt schlechte Qualität.Hab den Ring dann mit dem Magnetkabel geladen.Das hat super funktioniert.Zum Ring:Leicht. Angenehm zu tragen. Super Optik. Allerdings für meinen Geschmack etwas zu feminin. Könnte gerne etwas breiter sein aber dass ist ja Geschmackssache.Nicht so toll ist, dass der Ring die Verbindung zur App immer wieder unterbricht.Die App:Simpel. Einfach zu bedienen. Wenig einzustellen.Außer ein paar Sprachprobleme und nicht enden wollende Benachrichtigungen alle 10 Sek, dass der Ring verbunden/nicht verbunden/verbunden/nicht verbunden ist.Das nervt richtig. Habe die Benachrichtigungen ausschalten müssen.Auch das koppeln war ein Abenteuer.Der Akku:Hatte den Ring vollständig geladen und dann nach allen Einstellungen 30 Blutdruckmessungen durchgeführt. Gleichzeitig auch mit Uhr und mit professionellem Messgerät.Mehrfach Temperatur und Herzschlag. Sauerstoffgehalt und Schlaffunktion. Übrigens wurde auch der Ladevorgang als Schlaf gewertet.Fazit.Zurückgeschickt nach 24 Std.China Schrott für echt viel Geld im Gegensatz zu anderen Ringen hier auf Amazon die das alles besser lösen können.Mal sehen was die Konkurrenz so kann.

Ring erhalten, voll geladen. Nach dem Trennen vom Ladegerät zeigt dieser bereits nur noch 98% Akku an. Die Akkuanzeige sank fast sekündlich. Habe ihn dann über Nacht getragen und morgens nach 7 Stunden Schlaf war er bereits nur noch bei 40% Akku. Bei mir hat der Akku keine 12 Stunden gehalten. Das kann nicht sein, bei einer Herstellerangabe von 5-7 Tagen, zudem war der Ring nicht so billig wie die Konkurrenz, die teilweise besser ist. Außerdem misst der Ring automatisch nur die Herzfrequenz. Es gibt keine automatische Überwachung der Sauerstoffsättigung, Temperaturüberwachung etc. Ich habe einen Smart Ring gekauft, um diese automatische Überwachung zu haben, aber so ist das Produkt unbrauchbar und Müll. Würde ich nicht empfehlen!!!
