Good replica mining lamp. East to dismantle and assemble. Can be use as a functioning lamp or ornament. Good value. Fairly heavy so good quality. Unfortunately there are no instructions how to fill cell with fuel and light wick.

Brilliant purchase!Love the look and quality of this miners lamp , wanted to purchase it as type of tribute and reminder to my father and history of family members involved working in the various pits scattered through fife and beyond. Very satisfied.

No porque es demasiado pequeño, seguro que el real es más grande. Necesito mechas para que funcione. Junto con él, ofrecen mechas que son demasiado grandes y no funciona.

Quality is not too bad and looks as the photos. It does work ok as expected although filling it with oil is slightly difficult having to remove the wick and get the oil in a small gap, I found using a plastic drinks straw helps as it can be squeezed to fit the same shape. One lit the unit gets very hot very quick inc the hook on the top as predicted. The oil canister fixes to the bottom via the two pressure screws so need to make sure it is done up before moving otherwise it will be a serious accident.
