Ich liebe dieses Messer, für mich das Maß der Dinge für Kartoffel. Eher weniger für Spargel (aber Franzosen schälen den Spargel nicht ;-)Und natürlich: Dieses Messer eignet sich sowohl für Links- als auch für Rechtshänder.

En fait, la lame coupante de l'électeur fait 32 mm, contraire à ce qui est annoncé.

Truly the best peeler ever, it’s fast, clean and tidy, easy to control and doesn’t flick bits everywhere like some peelers. Light weight and easy to hold. It doesn’t take of a really thick layer of peel which is good, less food waste. I can soon get through a bag of potatoes or apples with little effort. I also like to use it to make thin courgette shavings to top pizzas.My original lasted many years until I accidentally threw it away amount a bag of peelings, I have now bought a replacement and another for back up I can’t bear to be without it.
