El producto muy mala calidad el cual no a parado de darme problemas,hasta q se a roto del todo ,y la devolución por parte de Amazon una vergüenza casi dos meses para q me devuelvan el dinero q está en garantía y cada vez q llamo me dan una fecha distinta para hacerme el ingreso ,vamos una auténtica vergüenza

The product arrives well-packaged in padded packages. The overall quality is very good. The cameras are made of metal and plastic, and the installation is easy. The image quality during the day and night is very good. When connected to the NVR, the 24/7 video recording works well. Also the human detection. The software is a bit cumbersome to use, but all functions can be found with some getting used to. The accompanying Zosi app is very slow, and it takes a while to display the live stream when opened. In my opinion, this is a software issue that can be resolved over time with potential updates.The support is praiseworthy, providing detailed and helpful responses on the same day. The support staff, especially Carol, is very friendly. Overall, it's worth 4 stars, and if the app performance improves in the future, it will be worth 5 stars.

Also the human detection.I run into problems because the NVR always sent out a "beep" in case of human detection, although all alarms had been deactivated.The ZOSI Support, Slina, was a great help to me. Together we analyzed the system by sending mails with sreenshots back and forth. The support quality and the answering quality from Slina was absolutely great. After having fixed all software settings this lead us to an software update, supported by Zosi. This was successfull, but did not solve the initial problem. Finally I got a replacement unit , initiated by Slina. Now i must say, that the product as well as the frindly and in-time support from Slina has a 5 star ranking - and again many thanks to Slina.The accompanying Zosi app works well, it takes a while to display the live stream when opened. In my opinion, this is a software issue that can be resolved over time with potential updates.On the App I run into problems after an Update. The NVR system was not recognized as a 8 channel device and alarms were not transmitted. Adjustments on the App helped to resolve this issue as well, with the great help of Slina, Echo and Ariana
