I got a tall kid, alright. She is legitimately "off the charts" when it comes to height. This means that she will often grow out of things before her brain (if that makes sense). She sleeps just fine in her c in, which has two "settings", one for baby, and the other for toddler which is like three inches off the floor. She is not ready for that setting but she is also too tall for the baby setting. I had a ton of anxiety surrounding her in her crib ("what if she falls out?! (Which she was tall enough for)). I picked this up. My first reaction was it's huge. It's a lot larger than my brain thought it would be, but that's a good thing! It has ties so you can attach it to the crib and then put the mattress down on top inside of it. This will also keep binks from disappearing outside of the crib too. The entire thing is mesh so no risk of suffocation, and it has two zippers on it as well.Now, it does come all folded up in a nice bag. If you intend to travel with it remember how it's "folded" as I tried getting it back in the bag and I can't figure it out lol.

While I know this is meant for a crib mattress, it also fits my dogs large dog bed and she hates flies but obviously wants to stay a part of the family and this works for her.This was about $40 at the time of the review and for my needs it is worth it, for my girl to sleep better undisturbed by flies.It is like a pop up tent you just unwrap it and unfold it, now putting it on a crib is probably much easier than putting a dog bed in it as it does not offer the same support, but I was able to get the ties to tie to each other and that has held it up for her.I really love the lacy front with the white tufts, they are very soft. The zipper is a dual zipper, one on the left/right, and there are several ties to tie the tent down to a crib.It is just as easy to put away as it is to set up, you just have to taco and twist, and it comes with instructions on how to fold it up so you can put it in the included carrying bag. .

PLEASE please please WASH this BEFORE YOU PUT NEAR YOUR BABY. Because I needed to test and review this product…I made the mistake of slipping mine on right out of the package. I noticed a factory like smell but didn’t think much of it but it got increasingly worse over a few days. The smell was actually affecting air quality and made me feel sick. I immediately took it down and opted to hand wash with warm water and laundry detergent in the tub.BEFORE YOU POP THIS OPEN (it’s harder to clean once you do, it’s LARGE)…you might try washing it while it’s closed up IF you want to be able to wash it easily in the washing machine. I washed by hand so I’m not sure if this method is best, it just seems easier.I got the crib cover the the curtain closure. I am not actually sure why anyone would get the plain one😆 my daughter primarily likes this crib cover because of the curtain. It took her a minute to get used to, but she loves it. The curtain gives a little privacy and slightly blocks noise and light. There aren’t any directions but once it popped open it did seem pretty self-explanatory. Once you pull on it (do so with caution so it doesn’t hit you in the face) it will pop up and take shape. The wires are a criss cross design and you just need to work it for a minute to get it fully erected correctly. After that, take your babies mattress and slide it into the net through the zippered opening (the only opening.) Once mattress is in, you pick up the crib net with mattress already inside and just plop it right back into the crib (or whatever you are using this for.) my child loved it and I have been pretty happy with it too, so far. The pictures do make it look a little better with the curtains looking nicer, thicker and more of a solid white than a sheer (what is really is.) The video they have up is accurate for this product. Me and my kids took turns pushing on the netting making faces and swapping kisses, no issues or ripping. This is really just an affordable basic crib cover with some added flair and extra cool factor. The mesh obviously serves its purpose but I do not have a crazy baby - she isn’t pulling on it or attempting to break loose. I can however say that my older child is obsessed and keeps climbing in little sisters bed now, I’m hoping it’s a good sign it hasn’t sustained any damage or rips. The ties are all on the outside, baby has no access to them🤩🥳so you don’t have to worry about that. The same is true for the curtains, they are outside of the zippered area. You can leave them open or shut. They make this crib net look really cute! My child slept better with them when disturbed by sibling before she was ready to get up, she actually went back to sleep! I cannot attest to durability but will be back to update as needed! Overall, I am happy with this product but think for the materials used and smell upon opening, this product is a little expensive. Just a LITTLE bit of quality control would have gone a long way. The design seems ok and fitting for this type of product. It’s breathable for baby AFTER it has been washed. When opening is open, it’s easily folded over the outside of crib so typically your baby wouldn’t have access to this. Also this means you should have the option to leave it open or shut for your baby as needed. I think $25-30 for the lace curtain version is accurate and reasonable. We love this lace curtain crib net cover, seems to be safe and holding up so far, we recommend but hope they will bring the price down. It’s effective at keeping my baby safe inside her crib!

This doesn't work super well with a mini crib, despite it saying it works with most cribs. But after a few adjustments, we were able to make it work.The installation of the net was pretty annoying as they didn't have ANY instructions for setting it up. They gave you a little pamphlet that kind of shows you how to take it down, but it didn't really help us with setting it up (even when trying to follow the pamphlet in reverse order.)After we got it set up though, it has been pretty wonderful. Our baby also seems to enjoy it, and i imagine this will be super useful to keep mosquitos and other things away as well.I do think $35 for this item is pretty steep for what it is, and for that reason we likely wouldn't purchase this again in the future.
