Headset is comfortable. I use it at work as it easier to use keyboard with both hands rather than 1. Volume is adjustable & lead is good length

Compré los cascos para utilizarlo en una oficina. El teléfono es fijo con conexión a internet, por lo que tuve que comprar estos cascos con la clavija adecuada para este teléfono, clavija RJ9. Comentar que lo instalé rápido y bien, a la primera, es fácil. El funcionamiento es muy bueno, se escucha bien a la otra persona y a mí me escuchan bien. Tiene en el cable una especie de interruptor para subir y bajar el volumen y para silenciar el micrófono, para que no te escuchen al hablar. También tiene un clip para ponerte cerca el dispositivo de subir y bajar el volumen. Dispone de un cable muy largo, por lo que te puedes separar bastante del teléfono. En cuanto al micrófono, no se puede doblar, pero para acercarlo más o menos a la boca se puede girar desde el auricular. Es cómoda la sujeción a la cabeza. Por ahora funciona todo correcto, es muy recomendable. El envío llegó muy pronto y bien embalado en su caja.

This headset is well made and it has great sound quality, the mute button and volume control are easy to use and we'll placed. The slightly padded ear pieces swivel which makes it comfortable to wear all day.I am so glad I made the right choice about the headset that I will be wearing daily because it is very important for my work.I had questions about the headset and when I reached out to customer service department they were extremely helpful. Awesome product, terrific customer service. I would buy again!!🏆

The connection is really easy and the company sent spare ones too just in case it doesn't fit. So long as you check that your VoIP phone is compatible you should be fine.The headset is comfy to wear and has saved a lot of resting the phone on my shoulder whilst trying to type!You can have the microphone on which ever side feels more comfy to you. The microphone also spins round so you can move it away from your face. The ear pieces are comfy to wear. I have used ones in the past that hurt after a full day of wearing them, these so far don't do that.The sound quality through the headset is clearer than it was on speaker phone, and there is less interference for the other person on the other end. The only thing I have a problem with is forgetting that I am attached to the desk now!! Not the product's fault at all.

I use this everyday for ten hours. It headband fits nice, the mic can rotate to switch sides. It does well not picking up the background noise. The cord has a clip on it to keep the volume control where you want it. The only disadvantage is the mic, if you move it away from your face/mouth it also moves the ear piece making it uncomfortable when using for long periods.
