Brush handle kept coming off it just slips in does not screw in child found it frustrating

The product broke within hours

The previous one we had lasted nearly 8 years! This one has broken entirely in a month. It goes back together but won’t stay together.

I got this for my 2 year old grandson as he loves to sweep and generally do housework! He’s got his own little vacuum etc. He really enjoyed using it but within fifteen minutes the brush had come off the end and the top had come off. I spent the day reattaching them. When he went home I got my glue out and had to glue them on. Hopefully they’ll stay on now. It is just the right size though.

The handle kept falling off with no way to secure it. Trying to return this item was impossible. The seller only accept Evri. In this area Evri are TERRIBLE I ordered a collection but EVRi never turned up and I had a message to say they were unable to collect. I cancelled the return and restarted it as there was no way to contact the seller. Again EVRI never turned up and messaged to say they were unable to collect. I have a ring doorbell so even if I’m out, I can speak to anyone who rings. I tried 2 more times and each time EVRI didn’t bother to turn up. Had I have known that the carrier would be Evri instead of Amazon, I wouldn’t have bought this in the first place. I still have it waiting for collection and still no support
