TYR cap, Silicon-Cappellino No Wrnkl Unisex Adulto

I have a big head and as a swimmer, I rip 5-10 latex caps per season and so I decided to try silicone. It goes on easily and doesn’t rip, does slide off a little bit easier though, but it just means to pull it down more frequently.

I bought this swim cap to use for swim team this summer (their colors are dark purple and black). I ordered what it said was dark purple, but it is actually more of a periwinkle/lavender color. It’s honestly more blue than purple. I was extremely disappointed when I opened the package. That being said, it is a decent cap. I’ve done a lot of stretching to get it over my ears and it hadn’t torn yet (I’ve had it for about 2 months). However, it is pretty transparent when I put it on my head and my ears do scrunch up quite a bit…but maybe that’s a product of my huge head.😂

I have been using this cap a minimum of twice a week for over a year and it has maintained both its shape and colour. My hair is about shoulder length and I have not issues getting it all inside have and find it comfortable when swimming for about an hour. One minor thing is the purple colour of the cap I ordered was lighter than the image on the page
