The video on this page is your only help or hope, and if you'll remember that you're watching it upside down in the video, (since it's not mounted on a weedeater when they're showing you how to put it together and load it) you'll do fine. Comes with a smooth string and it works really well.I had a hard time getting the tabs pushed it to get it off the first time, so I pryed open the latching bar a bit. I don't recommend doing that, it seems to perhaps stretch it out so it doesn't want to snap back in cleanly, but it worked out-- I'm 62 with arthritis in my thumbs, so I didn't have the strength to squeeze the tabs hard enough. Shouldn't be a problem for anyone else. Good EASY and inexpensive head, which is SUPER nice.

Amazing speed feeder, I have altered it slightly so the bottom doesn’t wear out so quick from using on concrete etc. But anything would wear out quickly using it so close to ground for long periods of time.Sends out the string very well, so much quicker at loading and winding up new string then other ones I’ve used.All round winning for me at the moment 👍🏼
