I saw my friend use a similar product before and I thought that it was a really handy and useful little tool for easy baking, so I ordered this ZICRO silicone mat to try it myself. It does what I expected it to do and I am happy to recommend it. The mat is made from silicone and fibreglass materials, with a non stick surface and anti slip backing. As it uses fibreglass, I wouldn't continue to use this mat if it got damaged - but I don't think it's designed for use with proper knives so this shouldn't be much of an issue. There are four sizes available - I ordered 70*50 cm, and it's a good size mat, great for kneading dough, rolling out pastry and fondant. Its pre-marked circles at the centre and the marked guidelines on the side offer clear measurement and allow you to correctly cut dough to size easily. Once the job is done, the mat is easy to clean and quick to dry, and then you can fold it for neat storage.

The other half is quite a keen baker and is often making some kind of bread or cakes, and this mat has been useful in helping her keep messes down.It's a large mat with plenty of space, and cleans well after you're done making a mess, which is held very well. The included measurements printed on the mat are very handy for when she's cooking with our niece, and has been a big help in teaching her the correct ingredient levels.Great little mat! Recommended.

I love this medium sized silicone baking mat for rolling dough. It maintains hygiene in my kitchen when I am working with dough. I want an absolutely clean and sanitized surface like this to do all my dough work on. It has circles that help me roll the dough in a shapely way and make perfect round shape of dough every time. It sticks to the counter top very well and is not very sticky on the dough because it is silicone. Easy to roll up and store in the pantry. It is a good quality mat, holds up to use, up to 450 degree oven proof and washing in the dishwasher. It works very well for all types of dough the rolling for cooking and baking needs. I recommend this item, it is worth it.

I hadn't seen a baking mat with guidance lines and measures before - I have been using a cloth mat that needs washing after every use. This mat is great. It protects the worktop and can just be rinsed clean under the tap. It is larger than I expected, but that is a good thing - what you do on the mat stays on the mat! Another advantage is that it uses much less flour when preventing dough from sticking, so flour doesn't get sprayed everywhere when baking or kneading dough.Overall, I am really glad I ordered this mat. It makes dough and pastry making so much easier and cleaner, and the price is, I think, more than reasonable. A good product.

A good pastry mat, provides a nice surface to roll out and shape dough. The size is a sufficient, as its not too big nor small. Easy to clean and maintain.
