Brand new drum AND toner, from same company/seller, installed at the same time in a printer that worked perfectly. Print quality horrible, as shown in photos. Took out drum to inspect, found a piece of plastic pulled through between drum and black roller (red circled). This piece was supposed to be UNDER the black roller but was pulled through between the two. Scratched and destroyed drum in the process, now useless. When I rotated the drum by hand (touching ONLY the gear that does this job), plastic piece retracted back where it was supposed to be, as shown in the last picture.Toner from same company ALSO defective, see my other review.

günstiger Verschleißartikel von Laserdrucker, erfüllt alle Kriterien eines Markenartikels, ist jetzt meine dritte Trommel undbin damit zufrieden, Weiterempfehlung auf jedem Fall
