This SURVADV Starlink PoE Injector & Splitter works very well. It looks exactly like similar kits sold under different names. I powered it with a 48V power supply designed for POE and connected the ethernet port to a laptop. The blue indicator on the POE injector came on. I connected the POE port to a 100 ft CAT6 cable, then to the splitter and then to the Starlink Mini with the power and Ethernet connectors. It worked correctly, powering up the dish and I could access the dish via wired Ethernet. Note that Starlink does not provide a full web based interface, so all you get is a page that has some pointing information.The splitter has a weatherproof connector for the extended cable, so you can use any cable, hopefully weatherproof. Unfortunately, the weatherproof cable gland is pretty small and the soft strain relief of most high power cables won't fit through. You will have to cut off the soft strain releif and fit it in. Then it seems to seal reasonably well with a gasket and and O ring. This is a minor issue as you generally won't be taking this apart often.
