The blade came curved and not flat. Will not work for intended purpose.

Globalement satisfait, je préfère utiliser une version plastique qui évitera de griffer le fond de mes boîtes de pâtons de pizza. Présence de quelques aspérités sur le tranchant, ce qui griffe d'autant plus... Et aussi pourrait être un peu plus souple.

I really love this spatula! I've been making pizza at home quite often lately, and I had a cheaper spatula which made taking the dough out of my proofing box a little difficult. This one is just the right size, and feels well made, with quality materials. It's very solid and sturdy, but still has just enough flexibility to get under the dough when removing from the box. It's easy to clean and seems like it will last a long time. It's not the cheapest spatula out there, but do yourself a favor, spend a couple extra bucks and get a real tool. You won't be sorry.

Prezzo medio alto ma spatola di eccellente qualità. Personalmente ho apprezzato la finitura non esageratamente tagliente, al contrario di altre spatole che rischiano di graffiare e/o rovinare troppo i piani di lavoro.

Produit de bonne facture. Spatule pratique de par sa dimension compacte. Très bonne finition.
