Lo primero que me ha llamado la atención, es que no parece un producto chino. Los acabados el material son inmejorables. La funda es suave. Si me dicen que es un producto alemán, me lo trago. La presentación es espectacular. La caja viene cerrada con un sello holográfico. Las instrucciones aunque vienen en inglés, con fotografías grandes y a todo color. Y luego el producto en una funda con su mosquetón. Y para rematar he recibido el producto un día antes, bravo por Amazon. Nada con la que he tenido que devolver hace una semana, vale la pena pagar un poquito más. Estoy deseando empezar mi viaje dentro de dos semanas.

For me, this neck pillow was great! It is firm, but soft enough and provided great support. You can move it around to find the most comfortable position. It takes a little space to carry around, but was well worth it. With good pressure, it rolls up and is fastened by the clip. It is a squeeze to get it into the bag, but I could do it every time and it keeps the pillow compact for carrying which is good. I feel like it and the bag is well made and should last a while.

Ich habe das snugl Reisekissen bestellt, weil ich demnächst einen sehr langen Flug (18 Stunden!) vor mir habe. Leider kam beim ersten Mal nur eine leere Produktverpackung bei mir an. Ich habe daraufhin den Kundenservice von snugl angeschrieben und war wirklich positiv überrascht: Schon an einem Sonntag bekam ich eine schnelle und superfreundliche Antwort! Ohne große Umstände wurde mir sofort ein kostenloser Ersatz geschickt.Das neue Kissen kam dann auch super schnell schnell bei mir an. Es macht auf den ersten Blick einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck – das Material fühlt sich angenehm an, die Verarbeitung ist top und es riecht auch nicht unangenehm nach Chemie, wie es bei manchen anderen Produkten der Fall ist.Ich konnte das Kissen zwar noch nicht auf Reisen testen, aber es fühlt sich wirklich bequem an und gibt dem Nacken guten Halt. Ich freue mich schon sehr darauf, es auf meinem langen Flug endlich auszuprobieren!

Very glad to have purchased this pillow! I fly a lot and wish I’d gotten it sooner! Also very glad I read the reviews and found someone who suggested that if you are a smaller person that the children’s size is a better fit. I ordered the children’s and the small adult and sure enough, the kids version is much better for me (I’m 5’ 1”). The small adult version was too tall for my neck. Also I ordered the “lilac purple” kids one and it’s definitely hot pink. The box says purple too but it’s not. Luckily I like pink. Overall really good travel investment!

Conforme à mon attente, très agréable. Grace a ce tour de cou, j’ai pu dormir dans l’avion sur un long courrier, chose que je n’arrivais pas à faire avant. Et sans douleurs cervicales. Se range facilement dans sa housse de transport très pratique, qui peut s’accrocher à la ceinture ou sur un sac.

Prodotto molto curato. Davvero ottimo. Io ho sbagliato le misure, nel senso che non ci ho badato molto, e così per me è un po' troppo grande.
