These are pretty much what you would expect for the price which was just shy of £10 at time of writing. They are simple, lightweight plastic mudguards. Actually, they are half mud guards designed to catch the water and mud on its way up when moving forwards.The rear-guard clamps to the seat post. It comes with a couple of shims of which I required just one to get it to fit. The front guard fits with a single screw through the hole at the top of the brake calliper which, thankfully I do have.The rear guard can be adjusted to sit well off the wheel if so desired. The front isn't really adjustable. You can have it sitting slightly higher or lower but, on my bike, it doesn't really clear the wheel as much as I would like even in the highest position so for me there isn't really an option.You'll need a chunky Philips head screw driver for both rear and back and in addition you will need a 10mm spanner or possibly, an adjustable spanner for the front because the nut does not sit in a recess like it does on the rear guard. I would have liked to have seen at least one sprung or toothed washed for the front just to keep it secure. The colour of these doesn't really match the bike but I'm not bothered by such things so all's good.

These are highly visible mudguards because of the fluorescent strike along them.They are quite chunky so do add a bit of weight to your bike but should be good at keeping you clean.Installation is reasonably straightforward, with a combination of straps and clamps. I did just find though that even when tightened to the maximum, there was still a bit of play and movement in the mudguards when you are riding; something I find quite distracting. I was able to fix this by reinforcing the straps with a couple of zip ties.

Das Kugooyi Fahrrad Schutzblech Set hat mich leider enttäuscht.Die Verarbeitung wirkt sehr billig, und die Schutzbleche sind deutlich zu kurz, um bei Regenwetter effektiv vor Spritzwasser zu schützen.Obwohl sie verstellbar sind, bieten sie nicht den erwarteten Schutz, den man bei Mountainbikes und Citybikes benötigt. Für den Preis hätte ich mir eine bessere Qualität und Funktionalität gewünscht.

Diese Schutzbleche kommen wie gerufen! Leider werden Mountainbikes häufig ohne Schutzbleche geliefert. Da ich aber, wie für ein Mountainbike üblich, gerne im Wald fahre, habe ich oft das Problem, dass mein ganzer Rücken anschließend voller Matsch ist.Die Schutzbleche waren sehr leicht zu montieren. Das vordere Blech konnte ich dank der beiliegenden Schraube direkt an die Gabel montieren. Ich musste lediglich die Metall-Öse am Schutzblech etwas verbiegen, damit es besser zum Reifen steht. Das hintere Blech konnte man ganz einfach an der Sattelstange montieren. Beide Bleche sitzen fest und bleiben auch bei holprigen Fahrten an Ort und Stelle.Die Bleche sind recht breit. Breiter als ich es sonst für Mountainbikes kenne. Ich fände es schöner, wenn sie etwas schmaler wären. Aber sie halten was sie versprechen und das ist das Wichtigste.
