I adore this gorgeous traditional Chinese tea set. It comes with an elegant teapot and six cups. The design is beautiful (I got the one with pine bamboo and plum blossoms). When I use this set, I feel that I am in an authentic Chinese teahouse.The set is made of quality ceramic. The teapot has a thick handle that is comfortable and easy to use. It also has a strainer so you can easily put loose tea in it.The teapot is a good size for everyday use. It is functional as well as beautiful.This set is very reasonably priced. It comes in an exquisite box and would make a great gift.

Everything about this tea set is well thought out including the teapot and the six teacups; its beautiful design; its exquisite inner packaging that looks so luxe while at the same time keeping each piece safe; down to the beautiful coordinating gift box that it comes with.The entire set is clean and beautiful. I carefully inspected each cup and the teapot thoroughly and there were no blemishes or defects. Each item is perfect and the bottom of each cup and the teapot have what I believe to be the company’s name. But I cannot translate it as it is written in Chinese.As for the design itself, the base color is off white and the beautiful pattern hues are blues, reds, and greens with a hint of yellow, lined with lovely gold edging. While the handle complements the set nicely in a thick brown braided design.I appreciate that Fanquare offers the option to make loose leaf tea as a strainer is included as well. But what is really cool is that the handle is removable. This comes in handy when washing as to not harm the thick braided material of the handle. As this is bone china, I would recommend washing the set by hand to preserve its beauty.Also included is a detailed Fanquare brochure that provides information about the product in eight different languages, including English. In addition, it also gives information regarding the material quality and offer explanations on the two types of bone china. This is very useful as it lets the buyer know that this tea set is new bone china and not bone china. The brochure also includes images of their other products.In conclusion, this is an exceptional tea set, Fanquare seems to have thought of and covered everything that a consumer could need and want in an elegant and affordable tea set. It is a beautiful set and very good value.

very cute piece - the design's printing is nice and elegant, and brings a nice sense of design + color to a tea experiencefor the price, i think this is a swell set for $65. there are ample cups and the pot seems durableits easy to use and clean - i was able to rinse it with water and air dryhighly recommend
