I brought this device and was delivered a defective device, it stared clacking the moment i connected, unable to return or get a refund

The hard drive stopped working, and Seagate doesn't have customer support in the UAE. What they write in the headline about data recovery IS NOT TRUE! Avoid buying from Seagate: I lost 12TB of a lifetime of work because of this!!!!

الهارد زى زفت و بطيء سلحفاة بتنقل مش هارد ده ابداتقريبا جاى بايظ وتم ارجاعه للتاجر اللى يشترى هارد زى كده يتاكد من سرعة نقل البيانات فى الهارد ده كان اقصى سرعةمن 12 الى 14 ميجا فى الثانيه واللى هو المفروض اقل حاجة خالص 70 ميجا فى الثانيه
