Après avoir utilisé quelques fois ce rack au cours des quelques semaines passées, il s'est brutalement mis en court-circuit (voir photo) en dehors de toute manipulation. Le seul lien fourni pour obtenir réparation semble être celui du fabricant allemand et même lorsqu'on choisit Français, les boites de choix pour faire la déclaration restent en Allemand. Je ne sais pas quoi faire pour me faire rembourser ou le faire remplacer

Ich habe die Icy Box IB-170SK-B für den Corsair Carbide Series Air 540 gekauft. Es paßt ganz genau rein, aber die Bohrlöscher passen nicht genau, schätze aber das liegt eher am Corsair PC-Gehäuse. Wenn man aber die Icy Box beim Einbau von vorne durch die Gehäuseblende schiebt, dann hält es auf jeden Fall und auch ohne es zu verschrauben, da die Kanten der Icy Box etwas überstehen. So kann man dann bei der Benutzung die Icy Box nicht weiter ins Gehäuse schieben. Auf jeden Fall funktioniert alles so wie es soll. Anmerken möchte ich noch, dass ich gleich einen anderen Lüfter verbaut habe (Noiseblocker BlackSilentFan XM2 - 40x40x10mm). Daher kann ich nichts zur Lautstärke des Originallüfters sagen.

Bon produit, livré avec un câble sata, un câble molexsata avec un petit embout pour alimenter le ventilateur au dos du boitier (indispensable si vous ne voulez pas cramerabimer votre disque dur) et un petit sachet de 4 vis, plus 2 clés pour fermer le rackAu niveau de l'installation, pas de soucis très simple à mettre en place, peut être un peu "galère" au niveau des câbles pour les boitiers un peu chargés comme le mien.On insère ensuite le disque dur sans problème, ça glisse tout seul et se ferme automatiquement. Couplé avec un disque 6gs c'est le top.

Now the bad news, and the reason I took it apart. This runs hot. I have 4 other disks in my PC, all naked and all running at between 33 degrees and 37 degrees. This runs at close to 50, which seemed a bit too hot for my liking. Yes, there is a rear-mounted fan, and it does provide cooling, but the oven-like design of the box does not promote any additional passive airflow, and this is what I felt was lacking. After drilling a dozen half-inch holes in the case top and bottom, I was able to lower the disk temperature to the low-forties, still not ideal, but a fair trade-off, given the added convenience of fast disk swap which this item allows.
