Though it only advertises 24v DC in, the operating voltage of this guy in practice is 26-20volts DC in, and it's very good at self-regulating output to 12-12.5v DC out until you get below 20volts in, then it gradually starts dipping into the 11s.I use this with RC batteries to power a 12V inverter for laptops and accessories. Got lukewarm after powering a 50W box fan for 6 hours. The wire terminals are so small, you wouldn't want to power much more than two decent laptops anyway. Might go for it's bigger brother next time.

For my off grind system. System is24 volts, this let's me run 12 volts for lights and pumps.

Got one on my boat and am very pleased with it

An odd device that we depend on so much. My house lighting and phone charging is all Off-Grid and at 12V. So for 3 plus years we have relied on this to proved the 12V from the 24V battery bank.
