I use this in conjunction with the Harbor Freight mini chop saw to make 300 blk brass. I found myself buying brass because I hated converting it because the saw left jagged edges that I had to clean up just to size, then trim and clean up again.I was going through the cheapo blades almost every session. Some of which came out of the packaging dull. The reviews saying that this thing cuts and you can't even tell its cutting had me skeptical, until I cut my first case. It was seriously amazing. Cut like butter and there were absolutely zero burrs. I was able to go straight from chopping them to sizing without touching the edges. I was also able to process almost twice the amount because the blade cut so efficiently. If you convert 223/556 to blackout (or really any brass for that matter) this is really a must have. It's a little pricey but after your first batch you will be glad you picked one up. I got the extra warranty in case it shatters or if it ever dulls.

Ho comprato questo disco leggendo su alcuni forum che poteva essere usato per il taglio di PCB in vetronite ma non è adatto a questo tipo di lavorazione. Se siete interessati ad usare il KS230 per tagliare basette per circuiti stampati vi consiglio l'acquisto della lama diamantata della Proxxon.
