We purchased four, yes four, "lighted" Lemax buildings from Amazon.com.au. The first arrived, "Snow Day," and it had a US 130 volt power cord, which is illegal to sell in Australia as it does not meet our 240 volt standards. Then, box two arrives with Primrose Inn, which is a BEAUTIFUL Inn and tea house, but once again the house came with a US 130 volt power cord.There is a hole in the back for a light, which can easily be purchased with an Australian retailer for the grand sum of nearly $70 extra, which will light up four houses. It is a string of four LED lights Moonlander for an additional $32 AUD and a power supply for an additional $37.25.It is hard to find these houses in Australia, so if you wish to order one of the Lemax houses from Amazon, as they have such an extensive variety, just expect to buy the Lemax LED lights separately with the power supplies, as described above.Amazon really should state on the house that due to the incompatibility with the US and AUD power supply, houses will be sold without the lights, which will need to be purchased separately with an Australian retailer. Amazingly, the house came all the way from the USA and was unbroken. We are going to keep two houses, but wish Amazon would offer some type of compensation for the fact that they are not as described and we are out of pocket an additional $70.The quality of the houses is excellent. The shipping was fast and efficient and we will be returning one of the houses given we were able to buy it here in Australia with an Australian power cord. The others are out of stock with other Australian retailers or are unavailable here in Australia. So just be aware that you will receive a house, but will need to source an Australian power supply unless it comes with an LED light that is compatible with 240 volt.
