In photo correct mounting part 9 in the instructions was missing .. the correct one shown in photo was from my existing mounting.

OK, the instructions on how to assemble the product aren’t great, but even with a modicum of proficiency (like being able to put together IKEA flat pack furniture) it is easy enough to put together. The quality is so much higher than I expected at this very low price point and once fitted to the bikes screen and some time spent adjusting it to suit my individual needs (combination of head height (I’m 5ft 7 inches tall) and existing screen angle / height (standard screen on 2015 Yamaha Tracer 900 at highest setting)), it worked extremely well at reducing buffeting and wind noise around my helmet. Based on my own experience I would thoroughly recommend this product.

'Place the number 9 in position 8 and secure it with the 11th screw, then put the 13th soft glue into the 8th'. In fairness no spelling mistakes and I did manage to assemble and fit the screen from the kit of parts. Like another buyer I bought this cheap screen as an experiment. I'm still playing with different settings but it's still on my CB500X and is making a difference. Doesn't look too bad either. Some riders complain of buffeting with a higher one piece screen. The gap between the extender and the factory screen may help to avoid this? No buffeting so far.....

Bought to test if this would even work. Well to say I was surprised was an understatement. I ride a CBR500R 2015 and I’m 6ft4 (193cm) so the wind buffeting is rather intense into my head. This neutralised a huge proportion of it. The screen is sturdy and easy to adjust. The clips feel sturdy and durable. Can’t wait to do more runs on bigger roads now.
