These hiking trousers are super comfortable, lightweight, and great for outdoor adventures. I wore them in the rainforest, and they did the job well—quick-drying and breathable. However, they are definitely not waterproof or even water-repellent. When it rained, I got completely soaked! If you’re looking for something for dry or mildly damp conditions, they’re perfect, but for heavy rain, you’ll need a waterproof layer.

Bought these for their outdoor and quick dry properties, not as a fashion item. They are fine and will do their job.Not a great fan of the nylon type material but heavy duty natural fibers would suit my purpose.

I've started going on group walks and many areas have overgrown foliage. These trousers are great for that because I can walk on a footpath through a field of crops and my legs are protected. They might get a bit shredded if it's thistles because the material is very thin, but its still better than getting your legs hacked to pieces. They are a bit warm when you're stationary but when walking they're so light and airy, and they dry really fast. I would think they won't be waterproof but the quick drying feature is a bonus. The sizing is absolutely spot on and the drawstring on the cuffs is a good idea. The drawstring round the waist is even better. I now have 2 pairs.
