It's a good quality wrench with a max opening of 54mm on the Jaws. The wrench looks identical to the pictures shown and has very little play in the jaws, but the only downside of this tool is the cost. I got it reduced to £28 but even that seems too much for what it is.

I needed an adjustable spanner i with a wide opening to use in a confined space and although this is quite an expensive toll compared to most on Amazon i have to say i wasn't disappointed, it's well worth the extra money.Maximum opening is 54mm, the tread adjuster is nice and smooth, theirs no rough edges on the milling of the metal and theirs minimal play on the adjustable jaw, theirs also no expansion between the jaws when the diameter is set to your not constantly re tightening it.I was in two minds to buy a cheaper one as i only needed the extra jaw opening of one specific job however this is so well engineered my other adjustable spanners are now more or less obsolete as the fine adjustment on this is so good compared to them.The quality of this really does justify the cost.

This spanner is surprisingly heavy for it's size. The handle is coated in plastic which doesn't seem to want to slip about in the hand and doesn't give that cold spanner feel to it. The wheel adjustment has a slight rattle to it, but I have seen far worse on other tools like this (cheaper ones)The measuring scale is accurate and goes up to 53mm, though it will open to a max of 55mm, if this is important for someone to know. The price is currently £24 approx. So not the cheapest tool like this on the market, but you do get what you pay for it seems. A handy specialist tool for those tricky jobs that crop up from time to time (plumbing etc.) especially if access to a nut is limited and a full length spanner is impossible to turn..I do recommend this tool.
