I use this connector for the Gammill Long Arm Quilting for the Z encoder and keypad connection.Easy to get 15-pin wire like the Belden 9541 Cable 15C/24 AWG works good with this connector.Very easy to connect wire without soldering or crimping tools!

Great connection for our HD15 USB Wire Interface. This is a wonderful alternative to having to solder 15 pins. It's well built and makes a good reliable connection.

I brought five lengths of 4-wire telephone cable together, and crammed all the wires I was using into this thing. I got everything in there with much less hassle than I expected. The little nylon clamp helped me convince all of this wiring to behave, and it should serve well enough as a strain-relief. The ridiculously long screws aren't as awkward as I expected. The plug is a little cheap looking and clunky, but it saved an ocean of time compared to soldering. Especially when I had to debug and fix some goofs. I am extremely glad I went this route instead of soldering all this nonsense directly to my Arduino.
