I love this pen. I can leave it in the case for a couple of days without using it and when I use it there are no issues with nib being dry or skipping. It has good weight and size. This is my favourite broad nib. Quality feels good for the price.

Stylo plume acheté pour un cadeau donc je ne pourrai faire un retour sur la tenue de la plume ou de sa glisse sur le papier. En tout cas, il semble solide, le capuchon est bien hermétique et le système de cartouche rechargeable très pratique (pour le moment ne coule pas). Le stylo est beau et la couleur nacrée donne une belle touche féminine. Au vu du prix, c'est un très beau stylo milieu de gamme.

I ordered this hoping, it would fit into my collection - it's the colour I was looking for. Today it has arrived and I must say that in reality this fountain pen looks a lot better! It has a lot of depth and shows the swirls and lines of acrylic pens perfectly! Excellent nib, no scratching. Effortless writing and a very good grip. The golden accents don't at all look cheap, but are made with good precision and are "nice , golden", not like plastic or cheap.It is now my 7th HONGDIAN and am impressed by all of them! This new one is overall an excellent pen for relatively little money!

The basic conclusion is that the Hongdian N9 has excellent design and craftsmanship, especially for those who use fountain pens for daily note-taking. I purchased the wine-red color with an extra-fine nib. The pen body and cap are made of translucent acrylic resin, and you can see dazzling swirling patterns in the resin, which is very pleasing to the eye and brings a sense of tranquility. To be honest, it looks much better in hand than in photos. The pen is relatively light and can be used for extended periods without causing fatigue. The nib has a rabbit engraved on it. It must be the nib from Hongdian N23, but the feed is a waist-shaped feed similar to the D5. The nib is somewhat firm but very smooth, with just the right amount of resistance when writing. Overall, it's perfect for daily note-taking.I have purchased more than 10 Hongdian fountain pens, and I have a very good impression of this manufacturer. In my opinion, the most significant feature of Hongdian fountain pens is the consistent quality. Among the Hongdian fountain pens I've purchased, not a single one has had issues like nib scratching or ink flow problems. Additionally, Hongdian fountain pens have excellent air-tightness. Even if you leave the pen unused for a few weeks, when you open it and start using it again, the ink flows smoothly without any noticeable darkening. This is something that is quite difficult to find even among Japanese fountain pen manufacturers.
