Tried several multi function shower heads non of which did a good job, either too spread out or not powerful enough (yes, using with a pump). This item isn't mukti function, it has one job and does it well - powerful, concentrated and wetting. Very happy with my purchase😄

This is a second purchase of this Mira single spray shower head. The pros, which convinced me to buy it again, are that it has an excellent powerful spray, as many others have confirmed here. It does need a good quality hose, though. The cons is the rather cheap, minimalist, plastic thread connector at the base, for connecting the hose. If you have the misfortune to drop the shower head or it falls whilst showering (unavoidable, occasionally!) you 'may' find that the inadequate plastic thread connector snaps like a twig, leaving some of this plastic stuck in the hose connector and needing pliers to remove it. If it happens again, I'll be speaking to Mira and refer them to these reviews!

My gravity fed system only has about 0.9 bar of pressure (0.9 metres from the shower head to the bottom of the cold tank in the loft), and so I have been searching for a shower head that provides a good water flow and appropriate spray dispersion. I have tried quite a few, some expensive, some relatively cheap, none have been perfect. Some have had good water flow, some a good spray pattern, but so far, not both combined. I had started to wonder - Why is it so difficult to make a decent low pressure shower head? My watering can works okay in the garden with only about 12-18" of pressure, so what's the problem?I have used Mira showers in hotels and all have worked pretty well, and friends of mine have one as well, so I thought I would give one of their shower heads a try. I was encouraged that one of the Q&A answers indicated this one should work from 0.1 bar to 5.0 bar. I am pleased to say this one works perfectly, definitely the best I have tried so far. I am very pleased to now have a really nice shower.
