I’ve had more than my fair share of staple guns and they can vary hugely. I was really impressed with this one on first use, and then I went and loosened the tension bolt so much that it rolled off my decking into the pond, never to be seen again! I was pretty gutted as I had found the gun so good, so decided to reach out to the manufacturer to try and order a replacement part. Although I had to search for the company to find contact details, they were readily available online and the customer service was top notch, being really helpful and super efficient. So I am super impressed with my whole consumer experience in this instance. The gun works very smoothly and doesn’t seem to jam nearly as often as most others I have used, it is easy to load and you have a choice of standard staples, nails, or U-shaped staples. It’s got a lot of power behind it but there’s a tension bolt to adjust (just don’t make it too loose like I did!) and you even get a good quality tool for removing staples too. The price at time of review is £10.99 and I would have been happy to recommend it even before I experienced their customer service.

Il divano che si stava "spellando" ed il preventivo fuori dal mondo del tappezziere mi hanno spinto ad acquistare questa pistola sparapunti per cercare di rimettere in posizione i lembi della pelle "inchiodati" sulla struttura in legno.Devo dire che hanno funzionato, in quanto sono riuscito a rifissarli risparmiando centinaia di euro del tappezziere di cui sopra...
