Comfortable but as others have said within a few weeks the topper has torn in the middle I emailed their support team to try claim the warranty on it but guess what no response in over 9 days. Their email states 5 days just another typical Amazon Chinese brand not honouring warranty on a defective product I'll now get Amazon to collect it and issue a refund.

A bit strange this one, it arrived on time, not used it yet, but it does look the part, we have opened and left out to do its thing for a couple of days as suggested. There is a smell, probably because they shrink wrap it as soon as its come out of the mould. However, this one seems to have been cut with a blunt bread knife by someone wearing a blindfold. It is absolutely a mess, it is not a true shape, one end is wider than the other and whatever they used to cut it was not up to the job, it is jagged, slanted and in some areas little chunks are missing. Poor quality control, if any. We actually tore a little bit off as we unwrapped it, probably due to the jagged edging. As it happens we are cutting it down to fit our mattress, but even so, it should be delivered in the right shape, would look really odd if it was ordered as a fit for a particular bed size.. Will do a follow up review once it has been slept on for a while.
