Simple to integrate into a repeatable work flow. Exactly as described, the 120 Film Scanning Mask is simple to load and will reliably hold film media in place while digitising. Enough space in the mask to hold two 9cm x 6cm 120 negatives which increases the number of images that can be processed in each cycle. Reasonably solid construction means that the unit should last well with care. Overall, good value for money.

I have used this film holder for a few months for scanning with my mirrorless camera and it has been faultless. The magnets used to align the film are plenty strong and the holder keeps the film flat and in tension consistently. For the purposes of scanning, you can’t ask for much more.Although it is relatively expensive for a film holder, I feel as though the good build quality and the amount of time it saves make it a worthwhile purchase.I would recommend it to anyone that scans film regularly and wants something that just works.

Habe das Teil versuchsweise zum Scannen mit meinem Epson V700 gekauft. Die Ergebnisse sind auf Anhieb etwas besser als diejenigen, die mit den Epson-Filmhaltern erstellt wurden. Einen Vergleich mit Nass-Scans habe ich noch nicht unternommen, aber für schnelle, unkomplizierte Scans ist der DigitiLIZA 120 auf jeden Fall hervorragend geeignet. Eine Steigerung wäre noch, wenn man für die Filmebene die Höhe justieren könnte. Das würde sicherlich noch einen Schub für die Bildqualität geben.

This is a nifty little tool for flattening negatives or transparencies before scanning. It takes a minute or two to figure out how to make it work, then it's perfectly simple and obvious. I'm using it with a Bessler slide copier and the little magnets on the base hold it in position perfectly.The one issue -- and it is not worth deducting a star -- is that the sheet metal base arrives in a plastic sleeve that apparently was intended to protect it during transit but is a real problem to remove. You can pull the plastic off with a bit of effort but getting the residual adhesive off requires solvent (alcohol works) and some serious scrubbing. After that the holder becomes an essential tool in the scanning toolkit.As a dividend, the company that sells it has a particularly cute and quirky way with words and their product literature is actually worth reading.

Enfin un vrai passe-film, simple et efficace. Couplé à une tablette lumineuse Kaiser et mon reflex sur trépied, c'est parfait pour 'scanner' mes négatifs en 120 mm avec une qualité optimale et à moindre coût. Super produit !

Non ho capito a che serve, dato che la pellicola 120 non e' trattenuta dall'attrezzo.

Acquistato per la scannerizzazione su uno scanner non retroilluminato. La struttura è solida, molto di più di quella in dotazione agli epson serie V, ma il prezzo da pagare è lo spessore, che su uno scanner piano può creare delle ombre . Si deve quindi porre particolare attenzione al posizionamento dei frame. Ce ne stanno 3 da 120.

Non permette di mantenere i negativi perfettamente planari, ergo è impossibile fare una scansione di qualità con questo tool. C'è di molto meglio in giro. Peccato perchè l' idea è buona.

Un po' macchinoso, ma funziona a dovere. Non adatto a tutti gli scanner perché interferisce con i bordi esterni, va benissimo con l'Epson V700/750.

Il sistema migliora la planarità dei negativi ed è di uso semplice ed immediato, permettendo anche con scanner piani di livello non professionale, buoni risultati sul medio formato.
