Got this for practicing at home, all I could hear was an awful buzz behind the signal, Could not get a clean tone, recommend getting a different one.

Bought the laney mini st purely for quiet practice. Given the size of the box wasn't expecting much, but pleasantly surprised by the clean and drive tone. Much made of lsi feature. I have android phone and found it unusable because of latency and drop out. Hopeless.It wasn't a priority for me as I wanted a desktop practice amp.Spoiler alert. If expecting a cranked ac 30 you will be dissapointed. But sitting beside my keyboard, bit of gain , tone 5, a bit of delay for presence, volume around 6/7, it sounds just right for playing along with the jam tracks in my Bluetooth headphones. Basically does what it says on the tin. Recommended. Good value. One star removed for lsi and non standard mains supply. Should be bundled with the amp , fix the android problem and its a winner.

This amp is about 6 watts so perfect for practice. Can keep it on a desk or coffee table as its so compact. Great tone control and produce a really fat sound for its size. Has overdrive and delay controls. I rate this as being better than the Roland minicube. ( No rubbish amp modelling options) Only design flaw is the delay button/ switch is tiny, its takes fingertips to adjust it.
