Ho dovuto fare il reso in quanto il prodotto presentava problemi audio, nello specifico audio molto basso anche con volume al max, ho controllato tutte le impostazione della tv "Hisense modello 2024" che del mecool audio sempre molto basso, provato pure il reset ma il problema e' rimasto.

Ho in corso una restituzione di un TV BOX che costa circa 50 euro. In un primo momento lo stavo restituendo per problemi con la tastiera in dotazione, ma poi una scritta di Netflix mi ha avvertito che a partire da luglio non avrei potuto guardare Netflix.Così mi sono affrettato ad acquistare questo.VANTAGGI- Integrazione del telecomando di MeCool con la mia TV Sony: Volume, spegnimento + accenzione e cambio sorgente. Ha funzionato.- Il setup si è accorto che la mia TV è un 4K è mi ha chiesto conferma- La qualità dell'immagine è nettamente superiore al box che sto restituendo. Non avevo mai visto immagini cosi nitide e luminose con TV Sony del 2017- Tutto è super fluido sia nella home del tv box che nelle home di Netflix o Prime o YouTubeCONTRO- Non mi ha chiesto per la lingua quindi l'italiano l'ho dovuto fare dopo, ma nulla di problematico- Android TV 11 e non 13 e non esistono aggiornamenti che sono fermi a nov 2023Nel complesso lo consiglio. Costa di più ma ne sono soddisfatto dalla qualità.

Avec mon téléviseur Panasonic OLED 4K HDR TX-GZ2000e résolution 3840 x 2160 pixels j’utilisais le boîtier multimédia NVIDIA SHIELD (tube) qui est « encensé » un peu partout comme étant classé dans les meilleurs boîtiers.Utilisé essentiellement avec l’appli MyCanal, quelquefois avec Prime et avec Netflix.Or, malgré tous les réglages, je n’ai jamais obtenu une lecture sans saccades, sans sauts d’images plus ou moins fréquentes selon les films ou séries visionnées.J’ai un autre boîtier NVIDIA connecté à un autre téléviseur Panasonic TX-55AS650E LED LCD résolution 1920 x 1080 pixels sur lequel les problèmes de saccades sont bien plus rares.J’ai donc décidé de changer le NVIDIA SHIELD pour le MECOOL KM2 PLUS DELUXE et j’ai une lecture fluide, plus de saccades, plus de sauts d’images ni de son.L’image est plus nette, plus éclatante et le son est meilleur qu’avec le NVIDIA.La notice multilingue (dont le français) est succincte, elle ne décrie pas certaines fonctionnalités et réglages de l’appareil.Le boîtier MECOOL est petit, léger, sa télécommande est agréable à utiliser, j’ai paramétré le boitier pour l’utiliser aussi avec la télécommande du téléviseur.Je suis satisfait de mon achat, j’ai maintenant un visionnage et un son de qualité ; j’aurais dû changer le NVIDIA bien plus tôt !

It's a bit confusing that the title and description call this a M8S PLUS brand device but what is received is a MECOOL LEAP-S1--evidently the same thing. Another point of confusion might be the operating system (OS) being Android TV, versus the Google TV OS currently available on televisions from licensees such as Sony and TCL. Android TV was standard on major brand televisions starting in 2015. The OS on this MECOOL box is Android TV 10, which was released in 2019. Google TV was introduced in 2021 and from what I can gather is essentially a rebranding--Android TV version 11, if you will. Google TV 12 is due later in 2022. I recommend searching for a full explanation of the differences but don't fall down the rabbit hole in the process. The changes are primarily to the user interface and do not seem to effect access to apps or services.I have a Samsung TV which uses a proprietary OS (Tizen) and has a selection of apps limited to streaming services with whom they have licensing agreements. If you subscribe to services such as the Criterion Channel or National Theatre at Home or if you enjoy watching channels such as Twitch, you are out of luck as Samsung does not support any of those with native apps. A dongle like a Roku or Fire Stick can augment your selection and this MECOOL box serves the same purpose. Also, with this Android TV device you have the advantage of access to the vast selection of apps (at least, those compatible with this device) found on the Google Play Store. This is the only streaming device I've owned that covers all my preferred streaming services.Setup was a bit cumbersome as the Quick Setup feature was not able to automatically link my Google account and I had to manually enter login information on multiple apps. Likely peculiar to Samsung, its Smart Remote does not recognize the MECOOL, so now I have yet another remote control to keep track of.I'm using a wired connection but tested the wi-fi and had no problems latching on to the signal. The picture quality is excellent; no complaints.Overall, I think this device is a very good option for anyone looking to expand their viewing options.
