Housing is light steel. Next gage heavier would be better. Handle is flimsy. Could use a vacuum port.

Does not fit any american angle grinder. Thread too small and metric.

WOW, the craftsmanship and marketing of this kit was astonishingly bad. I gave it 2 stars because I did finally get it to work. Number 1 - Include a 5/8-11 conversion adapter in the kit! I had to buy one separately. Number 2 - the welding on the attachment ring was so minimal and crappy that it broke off the first time I used it. I had to weld it back on. Number 3 - because the brush wheel sticks out farther than the shield (because of the adapter) it sprayed stuff all on my face and chest. I had to weld an extension onto the shield. Number 4 - I could not get this to work on newer lighter angle grinder models, it created way too much vibration and resonance. It does work good on an older heavier model.Number 5 - The 2 slide pins were too long, I had to shorten then to fit correctly. After a great deal of modifying this finally works well.
