Improve your sight-reading! Piano Grade 2

This book has lots of exercises which have been well thought-out and is an invaluable tool for building confidence in sight reading skills.

Ideal for piano learning

I bought three books of this series and I have to conclude they’re just not very good. The writing is poor and to top this off, a good 20% of the (thin) book is the same copy-pasted set of instructions. It gets insulting after a while. Not recommended.

Avevo preso questo brano per preparare un esame dove era richiesto di saper leggere almeno un minimo a prima vista. Con questa serie di testi sono riuscito sicuramente ad avere un punto di partenza, anche se arrivati ad un certo punto bisogna passare ad altro.. comunque, per iniziare, consiglio assolutamente questi testi

Ho acquistato sia il primo che il secondo livello di questo libro per fare esercitare i miei alunni nella lettura a prima vista al pianoforte e li ho trovati ben fatti. Sono molto graduali nell'introdurre nuove difficoltà. Li ho iniziati ad utilizzare da poche settimane e quindi mi riservo di aggiornare prossimamente, se necessario, questa recensione. Arrivato nei tempi previsti.

Ottimo libro. Molto utile agli studenti. Molto pratico e ideale per chi stia iniziando lo studio di uno strumento musicale .

very good ones but i think there should have been more exercises. John Kember and PianoAdventures are also good,

These are very easy if you are a more advanced player but I like the way each session builds on each other. Good, progressive practice approach.
