Ich bin unzufrieden. Bei der Lieferung fehlten gegenüber dem Produktefoto 3 Teile. Auch bei der zweiten Lieferung fehlten die gleichen drei Teile. Ich konnte das notwendige Ersatzteil in der Schweiz günstiger besorgen.

I have 2 of the Grohe Freehander systems that were installed almost 20 years ago. When it came to renovating the showers, plumber told me that they don't make fixtures of that quality and durability. We were able to remove them, thoroughly clean them, found the kits to replace all the seals and reinstalled the shower system. Kit includes all the necessary parts (except for the 2 crescent clips that were missing as others noted). To be honest, we never maintained these fixtures and used them in our main daily showers for 20 years. Hope we get another 20 after this. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Knocked off one star because although I am thrilled with the ease of installation, I think the price is unfairly steep.
