Best for wedding and short film making

I've been a fan of these light saber like tube lights and have used a few for weddings and studio work. This one from Godox is nicely built, though a little bit on the bulkier side. The construction is nice and solid plastic, and the removable barn doors are easy to manipulate. There is a pretty significant amount of light bleed on them as they never really fully close, and the surface is white over reflective which makes them feel a little bit less effective.Controlling the light via the wheel is very easy and is easy to do with one hand. It does have a handle for one handed operation with thin material on the grip. This material could be a lot better in my opinion as sadly the one they have is a little slippery and doesn't really supply that much grip to the handle at all. There is an optional lanyard hoop you can put a wrist strap through for more security.I like that it has a standard tripod mount on the bottom, so you can attach this to a light stand or an articulating head. It also comes with a power cord which sadly plugs into the side above the handle (along with a USB C port on the other side). This placement was a little strange when it comes to using the light on a stand as it pokes out at odd angles. I was able to put the light on a 100w pd and it was charging at 60w while the light was running at 100%. Something absolutely annoying though is the placement of the USB-C slot and the power slot completely gets in the way of the barn doors, so they are either fully open or fully closed while you are charging depending on your cable.The RGB of the light is pretty potent and strong and it looks great. Overall the light is really bright and easy to use. It's pretty pricey and I don't really know if the value is there as some other tube lights are a lot cheaper. If you do want something that is plenty bright and has a lot of useful features, this is a good light.

Definitely worth the money and ease of use, it’s portable, very bright and enhances any photo or video! Has many diff light settings as well!

Ho comprato questo prodotto perchè sembrava sul mercato uno dei migliori. L'ho provato e lo utilizzo all'occorrenza ma la batteria interna dura pochissimo e sono costretto sempre ad attaccarlo alla corrente. Il telecomando è comodo, anche se quando il prodotto è spento, non c'è telecomando che possa fare qualcosa...devi accendere a mano dalla spada la luce e poi puoi cambiare dal telecomando le varie intensità o i vari colori. sicuramente migliorabile e la batteria deve durare sicuramente di più....perchè se ti si spegne a metà registrazione video...hai finito di registrare!
